  2. Enter your email or number

Type the email address or mobile number your law firm has for you, and choose Continue. A number without a country code is read as a US number. Any other address starts a new account without your case.

If your law firm has a Gmail address for you, you can choose Continue with Google instead, with that same account. Any other Google account opens a new, empty account without your case.

The sign-in pages may not show your law firm's name or logo.

  3. Enter your code

A 6-digit code goes to the email address or phone number you used, from your law firm, under its name and One-Time Pin. Type the code and choose Verify & continue. It works for 10 minutes, and Resend Code sends a new one.

  4. Pick up where you started

You're taken to the page you opened, such as your case from the invitation link. Your portal's own address opens its home page, which lists your cases.

What happens next

You stay signed in on that device for 30 days. The first time, your law firm may ask you to confirm your profile details and complete some forms; see Confirm your profile details and Complete your onboarding forms.

After your first visit, signing in with Google also takes you straight to your law firm's portal.
