Confirm your profile details

If your law firm set up your account, the portal asks you to check a few details the first time you open your case. The language and time zone you confirm are used in the portal and in its emails.

   Open the confirmation

   Open your case. At the top of the page, tap here in "Almost there! Click here to confirm your profile details".

   Check your details

   First Name and Last Name are what your law firm entered, so correct them if needed. Language comes from your profile or your browser, and Timezone from your device. Change either if it's wrong.

   Confirm them

   Choose Confirm & Continue. It's greyed out until all four are filled in, and the window stays until you confirm.

What happens next

The portal switches to your language at once, and the banner goes away. The portal's emails come in your language, with times in your time zone. To change these later, choose your name at the top of the portal, or your initial on a phone, then Profile; see Change your language.
