Sign out of your portal

Sign out whenever you've used your portal on a computer or phone that other people use. Signing out ends your sign-in in that browser, for every law firm's portal you use and for your profile page.

   Open your name menu

   At the top of any page in your portal, choose your name, or your initial on a phone.

   Choose Log out

   Choose Log out. The sign-in page opens, and any other tab where your portal is open goes to it too.

What happens next

To get back in, sign in again with a new code; see Sign in to your portal. Your other computers and phones stay signed in.

If you don't sign out, a sign-in lasts 30 days from when you signed in, however much you use it. Then you're asked to sign in again.

If you signed in with Google on a shared computer, sign out of Google in that browser too. Otherwise the next person can choose Continue with Google and be back in your portal.

If something goes wrong

• You left your portal open on another computer or phone. Sign in on any device, choose your name, then Log out everywhere. Every browser and phone where you're signed in is signed out, this one included.
