When to use it

Use the case page for work on one case: updates, forms, e-signs, tasks and calls. Use the Admin Panel for work across cases, and to edit, close or reopen a case.

Your firm may have changed what each role can do on a case. If an option described here is missing, ask an Admin of your hub.
