Use it for news that isn't about one case, such as an office closure.

  1. Open Announcements

Go to Home › Announcements and choose NEW.

  2. Write the announcement

Type a Title and the Message. Both are required, and everyone sees them as you type them.

  3. Choose when it goes

To remove it automatically, pick a Delete Date and a Delete Time at least an hour ahead. Leave both empty to keep it until you delete it.

  4. Save it

Choose SAVE. "Announcement Created" shows, and the announcement is in the list, with any delete time under Expires On.

What happens next

Everyone in your hub sees the announcement under Announcements on the Lobby's home page, and View opens the whole message. Nobody is emailed or texted about it, and it isn't translated, so write it in the language your clients read.

When its delete time passes, it's gone from the Lobby and from your list. To change or remove it sooner, see Edit or delete an announcement.

If something goes wrong

  • "Date and time should be at least one hour ahead" Pick a delete time more than an hour from now, or empty Delete Date and Delete Time to keep the announcement.
  • "Set both a delete date and a delete time, or neither" Fill in the other one, or empty both.
