For 30 days after a hubHub Your law firm's own client portal, with its branding, its team and all of its cases in one place. is deleted, any of its Admins can bring it back, with everything in it. Its subscription stays cancelled, so the hub comes back read-only, with the Admin PanelAdmin Panel The staff-only side of a hub, opened with the Admin button, where the firm manages cases, users, templates, automations and settings. locked, until you restart billing.

  1. Find the hub

Go to Hubs. The deleted hub shows as Pending deletion, with the date it goes for good, and Restore in place of Lobby and Admin. A box above the list also says when it will be deleted, with Restore hub, which does the same.

Right after you delete a hub, your Hubs page also shows a message such as "Demo Injury Law will be deleted on Nov 16, 2026." with Undo, for 10 seconds. Undo does the same as Restore.

  2. Undo the deletion

Choose Restore. A message such as "Demo Injury Law is restored. It stays read-only until you restart your subscription, or it's deleted on Jan 17, 2027. Restarting charges you today." shows for 10 seconds, with Restart billing. The hub's Lobby and Admin come back. Your team and clients can open the Lobby again straight away, but it's read-only: they can read and download everything, and clients can pay invoices, but nothing else can be changed.

  3. Restart the subscription

Choose Restart billing. The hub's Billing & Subscription opens, saying the subscription has ended. Choose Restart subscription, then Restart and pay now, to use your saved card or bank account, or choose Use a new card and save another. You're charged at once for a full month or year of your plan, with no trial. The Admin Panel opens, and the Lobby is no longer read-only.

Missed the message? Choose Admin on the hub's row, then Add Payment, which opens the same page. See Cancel or restart your subscription.

What happens next

Everything is as it was before the deletion: cases, people, files, settings and automations. Reminders and automated messages go out again. Repeating forms, tasks and events show their next date: they moved on while the hub waited, without telling anyone. Nobody is told the hub was deleted or restored.

The part of the month or year you'd paid for before deleting isn't refunded, and a trialTrial The first 14 days of a new hub, before the first payment is taken. doesn't carry on.

If you don't restart billing, the hub is scheduled for deletion again 3 months after it was deleted, and your Admins are emailed before then. A hub deleted automatically because its subscription lapsed gets 3 more months from the undo, or 2 weeks if it's been undone before.

If something goes wrong

The hub isn't on your Hubs page. Only the hub's Admins see a hub waiting to be deleted, and only for 30 days. After that it's deleted for good and can't be brought back.
