Review a submitted form

See who has filled in a form and open each person's completed copy.

When someone submits a form you sent, you're emailed, and the email's link opens their answers on the case. Each person the form was sent to submits their own copy.

  1. Find the form

On the case, open Forms and choose All Forms. Submissions shows how many recipients have submitted each form, such as 1 of 2.

If your role doesn't moderate forms, the tab is Your Forms, with the forms you sent.

  2. See who submitted

Choose the count under Submissions. Answers lists everyone who has submitted.

  3. Open their copy

Choose a name. Their completed form opens in a new tab, filled in and read-only.

  4. Send it back if needed

If an answer needs changing, choose Delete beside their name in Answers, then Yes. You need a role that moderates forms, as staff does by default. The form is back on their To Do to fill in again. They aren't told, so let them know. There's no approve or reject step.

If something goes wrong

  • There's no Submissions column. Choose All Forms, or Your Forms. The other tabs list only forms you have to fill in yourself.
  • Answers says No Answers. Nobody has submitted yet. Each recipient's To Do shows the form until they do.

Your firm may have changed what each role can do on a case. If an option described here is missing, ask an Admin of your hub.
