What happens next

When you remove someone from a case:

  • They lose access to it at once, and nobody is told, though they're sent a cancellation for each upcoming event on it, answered or not.
  • They're taken off anything on the case they haven't answered yet, such as a form or a document to sign. Their updates, comments and answers stay.
  • To put them back, add them to the case again. See Edit a case's details and team.
