Fix a Hubs page that shows no hubs

What to do when the Hubs page says No Hubs Found or can't load your hubs.

In this article2 sections

Your Hubs page doesn't list your firm's hub. It says one of these:

  • "No Hubs Found : Create a new hub if you're an owner, or ask hub owner to add you if you're joining an existing firm."
  • "Unable to load hubs. Please try again."

Why it happens

  • You signed in with a different account. Each email address and phone number is its own account, and your firm added one of them. Signing in with Google, or through your company login, with an address your firm hasn't added makes a new, empty account.
  • Your firm hasn't added you yet. With single sign-onSingle sign-on (SSO) Signing in through your firm's own company login instead of a sign-in code, set up for your email domain on the Enterprise plan., your first sign-in makes your account, and it has no hubs until an Admin of your firm adds that work address.
  • The hub is on another tab. Rejected holds hubs you've removed access from; Disabled, hubs that have disabled you.
  • A search is still in the box. It applies on every tab.
  • The page couldn't reach CaseActive to load your hubs.

How to fix it

  • A different account. Choose your name at the top right, then Log out. Sign in with the email address or phone number your firm added. If you're not sure which, ask an Admin of your firm.
  • Not added yet. Ask an Admin of your firm to add your work address in Admin › Users. Your hub shows on this page within a few seconds. See Add a team member to your hub.
  • Rejected. Choose ⋮ beside the hub, then Permissions, then Approve Access.
  • Disabled. Ask an Admin of that hub to enable you again.
  • A search. Clear the Search box.
  • "Unable to load hubs. Please try again." Choose Retry. If it keeps failing, check your connection and reload the page.

If you're setting up a new firm instead, choose Create a new hub. See Create another hub.
