Choose which notifications one hub sends you
Turn off specific case notifications from a single hub without changing your other hubs.
In this article5 sections
Each hubHub Your law firm's own client portal, with its branding, its team and all of its cases in one place. has its own notification settings. Turning one off stops it from that hub only; your other hubs keep sending it.
Open the hub's settings
Go to Hubs and choose ⋮ beside the hub. Its Settings window opens.
Open Notifications
Choose Notifications. The tick boxes are grouped under Posts, Forms, Signs, Invoices, Events and Tasks, and all of them start ticked.
Clear what you don't want
Clear the tick beside each notification to stop, such as When a comment is added to Feed. That stops its email, or its text if you have only a phone number, and its entry under the bell.
Save your choices
Choose Save. "Notifications saved" shows.
What happens next
Your choices apply to this hub from its next notification. A few cover more than their name says:
- Each box ending "is requested from me" also stops its reminders. Event rsvp is requested from me also stops event invitations, with their calendar file.
- When a post is added to Feed also stops mentions of you in posts.
- My event rsvp is answered also stops the message sent when someone changes their answer to an event.
The unsubscribe link at the foot of an email from a hub clears the matching box here, and you can tick it again. Messages about your account, such as sign-in codes and billing, always come.
You also have notification settings in your profile, for every hub, and an Admin can turn notifications off for you. A notification comes only if all three allow it. See Choose which emails you receive from every hub.
