- Login to your Case Active account and click the Admin button before the Hub you want to import users.

- You will land on the Admin Dashboard here. Click on Integrations.

- Once in the integration section, ensure you are in the Imports tab and click the +New Button.

- Provide a Name, then click on the drop-down menu under type and select Add Users from the options.

- Now download the sample file, fill it out with the information of the users you want to add, and upload the file by clicking on the + button under Choose a file.

- Once the file is uploaded click Save.
