You can quickly check the cases assigned to a specific user by following the below-mentioned steps:
- Go to the admin panel of your CaseActive account.

- Click on the Users section from the main menu.

- Here, you can see all the users in your CaseActive account. To view the details about the assigned cases, hover over the name of that specific user.

- Click on the View Cases button from the drop-down menu.

- You can see the list of all cases assigned to that user, along with their status and roles.

Note: You can also remove a case from a user from here by clicking on the remove button under the action column.
