Once a post has been created, CaseActive also gives you the option to delete it if required

Follow the following steps to delete an event:

• Access the user case dashboard for the case you want to delete an event.

• Then, find the targeted event and click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner.

• There you will see the delete option, click on it.

• A confirmation box will pop up, so click “Yes” to delete the event.
