Users may want to rescind app approvals for many reasons:
- Unfamiliarity with the Company: They may not trust or know enough about the company.
- Privacy Concerns: Worries about data security or misuse.
- Unwanted Involvement: They decide they no longer want to participate.
- Changing Needs: Shifting priorities makes the service irrelevant.
- Misunderstanding: Initial approval is based on incomplete or misunderstood information.
Here is how to do it,
- Login to your CaseActive account and click on the three vertical dots in front of the App you want to leave.

- This will give you access to the settings panel. Click on the Permissions tab to open it.

- In the permissions tab, you will see the Remove Access button in the bottom right corner. Clicking it will remove you from the App.

Note: It’s important to note that only users other than “Admin” can remove access to an app. Admins are not allowed to leave an app.
