CaseActive allows you to collect profile information from users before they join your app.

Here is how 

• Login to your CaseActive account and click on admin for the targeted app.

• You will land on the admin dashboard here if you click on settings.

• When in the settings, click on advanced settings.

• Here you will see the Profile Information tab, click on it.

• Now select all the information that you require from the users.
• At the end, click save.

Note: You don’t have to collect this same information in intake forms
