- Login to your CaseActive account and click the ADMIN button next to the Hub.

- After clicking on Admin, the dashboard of that particular Hub will be displayed on your screen.
- Now click on the Cases button at the top bar of the dashboard.

- You can see all the cases in this hub. Now, bring your cursor to the drop-down menu before the case you want to modify and click on edit case.

- After modifying the case according to your requirements, click save.
