  • You can review the App’s analytics in the home tab of your Admin Dashboard.
    • You can select the days you want to see analytics from here.
    • Sessions give you a complete analysis of your app activity, including page views.
    • Unique visitors give you the number of unique users on the app within the selected dates.
  • Users, Number of total users.
  • Cases, the total number of cases in this App
  • Media Size, total size of data saved in this app
  • Announcements: You can send and manage all your announcements here. 
  • Support: Through this tab, you can request support from different departments if you encounter any issues, e.g., IT-related or any other issue.
  • Payments: View invoices for all cases and payments to your clients.
  • Users: this is where you manage all your users and team members for that specific app.
  • From the Cases section, you can create new cases and manage them.
  • Library, here you will find pre-designed templates for feed, forms, tasks, e-signatures, and location.
  • From the Integrations page, you can import users and cases, assign users to cases using a CSV file or API, and use webhooks and keys for APIs.
  • Settings: a control panel for your dashboard to help you customize it according to your needs and preferences.
