- Log in to your case-active account and click on the hub in front of the hub you want to start a conversation on.
- Now Click open on the case where you aim to start a conversation.
- On the left side of the screen, you will see multiple features. Click on Convo to access them.
- Now, to start a conversation, click on start convo.
- Now, CaseActive will ask for your permission to access your camera and mic. Allow it, and then click on Join Now to start a conversation.
- After Starting a conversation, Click on the three vertical dots and then the invite link to generate an invitation link.
- Now, you can copy and send the link to others so that they can join the conversation.
