  1. Go to the admin dashboard of your CaseActive account.
  1. Now click on the Cases section in the main menu.
  1. After clicking the Cases button, hover over the case where you want to remove a user.
  1. Then click on the Assign Users button.
  1. You will see all the users assigned to that specific case. You can easily remove the user from a case by clicking the Remove button in front of the user ID.
