Open a support ticket:
1.1 Go to the home section of the hub in which you want to create a ticket.

1.2 By scrolling down, you will see the Support section under announcements. Now click on the plus button.

1.3 Add the title and your message in the pop-up section of a support ticket.

1.4 Click on the Save button to create the ticket.

Close a support ticket from the hub:
2.1 You can close a support ticket from the hub by clicking on the close button under your opened ticket.

2.2 Click on the Yes button to confirm the closing of the support ticket.

Close a ticket from the admin dashboard:
3.1 Go to the admin dashboard of your CaseActive account.

3.2 Click on the Support section under the main menu.

3.3 You will see all the opened tickets in your CaseActive account here. Hover over the support ticket that you want to close.

3.4 Click on the Close Ticket button, and the support ticket will be closed.
