This article provides detailed instructions about creating a free trial account as a new user.

Creating a Free Account

• Visit Case Active Home Page at https://www.caseactive.com/

• Click on the Get Started button either at the top right corner or near the left border of the home page.

• After clicking Get Started, you will be asked to provide your E-mail address. Enter your E-mail address in the highlighted area and click next.

Account Verification

• After providing a working email, CaseActive will send you a one-time verification code. Open your inbox and locate the Email.
• After you locate the Email, open it up, copy the 6-digit verification code, and paste it in the highlighted area.

•  If you cannot locate an email, click Send New Pin and follow the account verification steps described above.

Initial Account Data

• After verification, CaseActive will ask for your initial identification data, such as your full name.
• Provide Your First and Last Name in the designated boxes.

• Select How did you hear about CaseActive by clicking on the expanding arrow, then click on the option.
• Afterward, click on the Terms of Service link and carefully read all our terms of service.
• If you agree, click on the marked checkbox.
• Finally, click on “CREATE A FREE ACCOUNT” to create your account.
