  • Login to your Case Active Account and click on the admin button where you want to create a template.
  • You will arrive at the admin dashboard of that hub here; click on library
  • Now click on Task Templates and then click on “+New”
  • Now, fill in the data according to your requirements and preferences and click save.
  • Afterward, point the cursor at the dropdown menu of the task you created and click on Edit Task Builder.
  • Here, you can attach files, create subtasks, and assign tasks and subtasks.

Note: While creating templates, you can set who can use that template.
