  • Login to your CaseActive account and click on Hub in front of the hub in which you want to create a task.
  • Click open on the case in which you want to assign a task.
  • Click on tasks.
  • Where you fill in find + New in the right corner, click on it.
  • Here, you can either create a task from scratch or use one from a template. Fill in the details according to your requirements, then click on more options for further specifications.
  • After everything is set according to your preference, press the “Create task” button.
  • After you have created a task, click on it.
  • Here, you shall find the option to create a subtask by clicking on it.
  • Now add the details of the sub-task and hit Save.
  • Now click on the subtask and select who to assign it to.
