  • Login to your Case Active Account and click on the admin button where you want to create a template.
  • You will arrive at the admin dashboard of that hub here; click on library
  • Now click on Note Templates and then click on “+New”
  • Now, fill in the data according to your requirements and preferences and click save.
  • Afterward, you can upload a document from your computer by clicking Upload or create one from scratch by clicking on the Blank page and accessing the Document Builder.
  • CaseActive allows you to create templates according to your needs and preferences through Document Builder. Click here to learn more about it.

Note: While creating templates, you can set who can use that template.
