This article shows admins how to assign a permanent tag ID to a user

  • Go to the “Users” tab from the main menu.
  • Now click the drop-down button in front of the user you want to modify in your CaseActive account. From the drop-down menu, click on the “Edit User” button.
  • Now click on the “Settings” tab, which is adjacent to the Intake Forms button.
  • Scroll down, and you will see the “Tag ID” section under the Host User Attributes.
  • From here, you can add the Tag ID for each user. Click on Save, and the Tag ID will be saved.
