Once an invoice has been created in CaseActive, you can edit it in case of errors, but only if it has not been published. Click here to learn how to create an invoice. Follow these steps to edit an Invoice:
- You can access the user case dashboard for the case you want to make corrections or edit an invoice.

- Visit the Invoice section in case categories. Locate your targeted invoice and click on “Edit settings” or “Edit invoice” according to your requirements. Note that an invoice’s settings can be changed even after publication.

- In “Edit settings,” you can change invoice settings such as title, invoice number, status, recipients, etc.

- In “Edit invoice,” you can change an invoice’s fundamentals, such as the PO no, Invoice type, description, quantity, and price.
