Once an event has been scheduled in CaseActive, you can edit it in case of errors. Click here to learn how to create an event.

Follow the following steps to Edit an event:

  • Access the user case dashboard of the case you want to make corrections or edit an event.
  • Then, find the targeted event in the feed section and click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner.
  • There you will see the edit settings option, click on it.

  • Make the edits according to your needs and hit save.

Note: Unavailable time slots shall appear as busy in the timeline when setting up an event.
