Once a post has been created in CaseActive, you can edit it in case of errors. Click here to learn how to make a post.

Follow the following steps to Edit a post:

  • Access the user case dashboard for the case you want to make corrections or edit a post.
  • Then, find the targeted post on the feed and click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner.

  • There you will see the edit option, click on it.

  • Make the edits according to your needs and hit save.
