Once an e-sign has been created, CaseActive also allows you to delete it if necessary. This allows you to be more in control of your documents and manage your e-signs effectively.

Follow the following steps to delete an e-sign:

  • Access the user case dashboard of the case in which you want to delete an e-sign.
  • Now go to the E-signs section from the given case categories.
  • Then, find the targeted e-sign and click “Delete E-sign” in the hover menu.
  • Now click on “Yes” to delete the e-sign.

Note: An E-sign can not be deleted once published.
