Once a note has been created, CaseActive allows you to delete it if required. Deleting a note is a straightforward process in the CaseActive hub, allowing you to manage and organize your notes efficiently. Follow the following steps to delete a note:
- Access the user case dashboard for the case you want to delete a note.

- Go to the “Notes” section from case categories and go to the “Actions” column.

- Find the targeted note and click “Delete Note” in the hover menu under the “Actions” column.

- Now click on “Yes” to delete the note.
