Once a form has been created, CaseActive also gives you the option to delete it if required

Follow the following steps to delete a form:

• Access the user case dashboard for the case you want to delete a form.

• Then, find the targeted form and click on the delete form in the hover menu.

• Now click on yes to delete the form.
