- Login to your CaseActive account and click the ADMIN button next to the Hub.

- You will land on the Admin Dashboard here. Click on cases.

- In the cases section, click on the + New Button. There, you will see “ Click here to import cases.” Click on it.


- Now add the case name, click Download sample, and add case details to that file.

- After adding all the details, upload that file to Caseactive by clicking + under Choose file.

- Once the file gets uploaded, click Save.

Note: You can also import cases by going to the integrations section in the admin dashboard, clicking + New, and selecting Create Cases in the type Menu.
