  • Login to your CaseActive Account and click on the LOBBY button of the Hub.
  • Now, access the case you choose by clicking the Open button next to that case.
  • You will land on the user dashboard of that case here; click on Events.
  • When in the events tab, click on the +New button.
  • Now provide all the necessary event details and click on Save Event.
  • When adding a recipient who is a staff member whose calendar is linked with CaseActive, their unavailable time slots shall appear as busy in the timeline when setting up an event.
