Creating tasks efficiently is vital to maintaining productivity and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Using pre-made templates can streamline task creation and reduce manual input across your projects. Here is a step-by-step guide to creating a task using a template:
- Login to your CaseActive Account and click on the LOBBY button of the Hub.

- Click open on the case in which you want to assign a task.

- Click on “Tasks” from the case categories section on the left side of your CaseActive hub.

- You will find the “+ New” button in the left corner, and click on it here.

- Now, Click “Templates” and pick the task template you want to use.

Note: The templates can only be created by admins and only roles that the admin grants access to will be able to see them.
