- Login to your CaseActive Account and click on the LOBBY button of the Hub.

- You will land on the user dashboard of that hub. From here, you can access all the cases in this hub that you have been assigned to. Now click the Open button of your targeted case.

- Ensure you are in the user case dashboard’s feed section and then click “Write Something…”.

- Set up your post, write your message, attach any required file from your system, and set the post visibility to be visible only to the preferred roles. After everything is set according to your requirements, click the post button.
