  • Login to your CaseActive Account and click on the LOBBY button of the Hub.
  • You will land on the user dashboard of that hub. From here, you can access all the cases that you have been assigned to in this hub. Now click the Open button of your targeted case.
  • Click on Forms and click on + New to create a new form.
  • Fill in all the details required and click on the Create form.
  • Now Click on Edit Builder in the drop-down menu of the form you just created
  • Here, Click on the blank page if you want to create the form from scratch or on upload if you’re going to upload one from your device.
