  • Login to your CaseActive account and click the ADMIN button next to the Hub.
  • After landing on the admin dashboard, click on the settings.
  • In the settings menu, visit automation.
  • When in automation, click on Bootstrap Cases.
  • Here, you can see all the cases that you have bootstrapped with a message, forms, tasks, etc.
  • To add a new case, click on +New.
  • Select options according to your needs and hit save.
