- Login to your CaseActive account and click the ADMIN button next to the Hub.

- After landing on the admin dashboard, click on the settings.

- In the settings menu, visit automation.

- When in automation, click on Bootstrap Cases.

- Here, you can see all the cases that you have bootstrapped with a message, forms, tasks, etc.
- To add a new case, click on +New.

- Select options according to your needs and hit save.
