- Login to your CaseActive account and click the ADMIN button next to the Hub.

- After landing on the admin dashboard, click on the settings.

- In the settings menu, visit automation.

- When in automation, click on Idle Cases.

- By default, when a hub is created, an auto-post message is configured for all idle case types
- To add more cases, click on the + New button.

- Provide all the required information and hit save,
